Healthy Care Agency Food Protection Program

This program reviews the plans for all new and remodeled food facilities within Orange County to ensure that these facilities are constructed in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you are going to be constructing a new food facility, or remodeling an existing one, three sets of detailed plans must be submitted and approved prior to the start of any construction. A plan check fee must be paid at the time of submission. Plans will be accepted between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm at 1241 E. Dyer Road, Santa Ana. Construction Guides and Fee Schedules are available upon request by calling (714) 433-6074 or click here to download Construction Guides (PDF file).
