Welcome to the 2019 OC Fair permitting guide.  All food operators must obtain a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit prior to the Fair.


For food vendors who received an invoice for the 2019 OC Fair simply pay your invoice online at ocpays.ochca.com

If you did not receive an invoice, submit a Temporary Food Facility Application and Operational Specifications
and pay the TFF
permit fees at our office at 1241 E. Dyer Rd Suite 120 Santa Ana, CA 92705 by June 14, 2019

TFF permits will be distributed at the Fair. 
Prior to operations, complete and leave at the booth the Temporary Food Facility Self Inspection Checklist

Food operators that do not obtain a health permit prior to the beginning of the fair may be subject to penalties up to three times cost of the permit.
